If your software supports it, you might be able to recover these by using the "fill light," "recovery" or "black point" tools. Pay careful attention to whether there are any blown highlights or lost shadow detail. Also keep in mind that exposure isn't something that necessarily has a "right" answer it often also depends on your artistic intent and just "looks right."
